Trade St Jam Co. is a woman- and black-owned business founded by Ashley Rouse, a trained chef who loves to experiment with flavors and create the unexpected. In her spare time, she teaches jam classes to kids at underprivileged schools and aspires to use residual jams to feed the less fortunate, two efforts that are near and dear to her heart!

Founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, and now based in Brooklyn, New York, you'll quickly find that Trade St Jam is not your average jam company. Their jam is 100% vegan and includes dynamic flavor combinations like strawberry chipotle + fig, smoked yellow peach, blueberry lemon basil, and plum + rose. Use any flavor to top a sandwich, pancakes, or eat it straight out of a jar!
