Stadium Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program
Overview
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Stadium Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program, designed to take your team’s recognition efforts to the next level! Recognizing the valuable contributions of team members has never been easier or more rewarding.
Key Features and Benefits
Easy Recognition with Optional Currency: Our platform allows users to recognize each other’s contributions using redeemable currency across our Stadium catalog. This makes appreciating colleagues both convenient and enjoyable.
Interactive Experience: Team members can view their kudos balances, redeem rewards, and send kudos with personalized messages using emojis, images, and more.
Performance Insights: Track the most recognized team members, explore trending hashtags, and engage with the live feed for real-time updates.
Seamless Integration: The program seamlessly integrates with Slack, enabling real-time recognition and interaction within your Slack workspace.
How to Set Up
- Log In: Simply log in to your account.
- Create a Program: Navigate to Peer-to-Peer Recognition Programs under the sender’s tab and click on “Create New Program” or “Create Recognition Program”.
- Program Setup: Provide program details, set currency and conversion rates or mark as don’t attach monetary value, allowance occurrence, select participants (via emails, CSV upload, or HRIS/ATS integration), and choose your payment method for recurring charges.
- Slack Integration: To integrate with Slack, follow the provided link, select the channel for the recognition feed, and enable the /give command for easy recognition within Slack.
Additional Notes:
- Need multiple recognition programs? No problem! Simply create as many as you need to cater to different teams or initiatives.
