Introducing Open Orders
Overview
The Open Order feature is a powerful addition to the Stadium platform, designed to streamline the process of allowing organizers to send order links to recipients without needing their email addresses. This new capability enhances the accessibility and flexibility of managing orders within the platform.
Key Features and Benefits
1. Send Order Links without Email Address: Organizers can now generate and send order links to recipients without the need for their email addresses. This makes it easier than ever to invite individuals to place orders.
2. Order Approval Dashboard:Â After recipients redeem their gift using the link, organizers gain the ability to approve or deny the orders through their Shop Dashboard. This grants organizers full control over the orders placed through this feature.
How to Get Started
- Simply login to your bystadium.com account and navigate to the shop you like to send the points from.
- Click “Allow recipients to redeem with the link, and I’ll approve later” during the recipients section of the order flow. Once you complete the order, you are all set.
- You will be able to start approving recipients as they come in.
