Mama, she made it!

Starting at the age of six, mixing pastry dough alongside her Viennese grandmother, Melanie’s childhood baking hobby steadily grew into an obsession. And her hard work associated with this obsession paid off! Today Melanie’s desserts have championed some of the largest baking competitions, including a chocolate-themed challenge on Food Network’s CHOPPED and a victory against Bobby Flay in a competition challenge with her chocolate truffles and eclairs.
