Please note that subprocessors relevant to an individual customer will depend on the region the customer selects and the particular Services the customer uses.
Web Hosting and other web services like S3, cloudwatch, cloudfront, etc. including the RDS database which stores all data.
Stripe stores and processes credit card for STADIUM. All credit card information goes directly to Stripe. In response, we get the last 4 digits of the card.
CRM for Sales. Customer data is stored for sales reports and connects.
Client Communication Platform for client services.
Google Analytics, official email provider and Looker internal statistics tool.
Application Error notification tool. Sends email to a specific engineering group for errors coming in the system.
Project management, ticket management tool. No customer data, unless reported by customer.
Manages cookie consent according to data privacy laws of the user’s country.
User authentication and authorisation tool.
Provides API to manage logistics/shipping services. Label printing uses Customer address.
Shipping service for parcel delivery. Label printing uses Customer address and provides tracking information.
Email notification platform.
Applicable only in case of subscriptions and plan purchases.
