This story is rooted in nostalgia, but it’s also part dream and lots of stubbornness.

Fany was born and raised in Mexico and absolutely loves food. When she turned one, her father decided to give her 1 kilo of chocolate truffles. Though most of it ended up on the floor and her face (quite thankfully actually), she felt that was where her love affair for sweet treats started.

After attending culinary school and working in some of the best restaurants around the world, Fany decided it was time to start her own business, celebrating and bringing the flavors of Mexico to NYC. She started out with paletas - Mexican popsicles - and the flavors were mango chile, avocado, hibiscus, passionfruit, and coconut. After selling nearly 1000 paletas in a few hours, the rest is history! They now have several seasonal locations, have expanded our product line, have our first brick-and-mortar, and are continuously and happily growing.
